The detailed guide for admission to Georgian universities

International students from all over the world are cordially welcomed in Georgia because there is no language barrier. The nation grants bachelor’s and master’s degrees that are acknowledged around the world. Prospective students must get a student visa in order to enter the country. For the same, the following instructions must be followed.
Step 1: You must complete the Georgia university’s application form if you want to enrol there. The university requires the following paperwork from you:
- Your passport with the two latest photographs
- 10th grade mark sheet
- 12th grade mark sheet
- Degree mark sheet (if any)
- Experience certificate (if any)
You must pay a fee to obtain the offer letter from the desired university or college. The university will review your profile and determine whether you match the requirements. Only then will they provide an official letter of acceptance. You can now submit an application for a student visa in Georgia.
Step 2: Since you received your offer letter, Now Immigration Georgia will verify your documentation and send it for additional approval to the National Educational Quality Center. It will take at least 20–25 days for the National Educational Quality Center to successfully authenticate your documents.
Step 3: After receiving approval from the National Educational Quality Centre, the student is obliged to pay 50% of the tuition fees to the university for a specific course as stated in the offer letter.
Students will receive a final acceptance letter from the university, along with an enrollment certificate and an invitation letter, which they must provide to the embassy after successfully paying their tuition fees. The university issues some of the supporting documentation that you must also submit to the embassy.
Step 5: You must complete the online form on the embassy’s website and upload all of your supporting documentation. Download a copy of the completed online form. The following documents must be delivered to the embassy.
- Recent photographs
- Final acceptance letter
- Statement of purpose (SOP)
- 10 and 12 Mark sheets for classes
- Receipts of tuition fees
- Travel insurance
- Bank statements for the last 3 months

Step 6: The documents have been delivered to the embassy. The operation on your end is now complete. The embassy will decide on your student visa application in 10 to 15 working days.
