To study in France:

Eiffel Scholarships in France for International Students— Open to master’s or doctoral level international students who want to study in France at particular institutions.

Emile Boutmy Scholarships in France for International Students— Opportunities for non-EU citizens to receive funding to attend Sciences Po in France for their bachelor’s and master’s degrees.

Fondation Rainbow Bridge MBA Scholarships for African and Asian Women—HEC Paris offers MBA scholarships for students from poor nations in Africa and Asia. Solely available to female pupils.

To study in Ireland:

Dublin Institute of Technology ‌Centenary Scholarship Programme – Dublin Institute of Technology offers scholarships to students from any non-EU/EEA nation who want to pursue a master’s degree there (DIT).

Government of Ireland International Education Scholarships – Scholarships of €10,000 are given to excellent students from non-EU/EEA nations to study in Ireland for one year.

NUI Galway International Student Scholarships – Merit-based scholarships are offered to overseas students at all academic levels. Students from China, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, or the US may also qualify for country-specific scholarships.

Trinity College London International Scholarships – There are several scholarships available for all levels of study, some of which are targeted towards students from certain nations (for example, The Claddagh Scholarship Program and the USA Undergraduate Scholarships are both geared toward Chinese postgraduate students).
