At NTI ACADEMY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The request for a refund must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
• A valid proof of purchase must be provided (such as an order confirmation email or receipt).
• If course has any technical error and not accessible.

Please note that digital products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
