6. Register for a visa
You must obtain that vital visa permit now that you have a spot reserved at an Australian university. You can submit a direct application through the Australian immigration website, but you will have to pay a fee of AU$550 (US$420) and provide a lot of details about yourself and your intended course of study.
First, make sure your health insurance covers your time in Australia and is accepted there. This can be secured online.

Once your visa is arranged, you can really begin daydreaming about your new house.
You will require the following documentation to apply for your visa:
- Confirmation of Enrollment (CoE)
- Valid passport
- Results of tests for English language proficiency
- Financial evidence that you can support your studies (enough money to pay for return plane travel, tuition, and an annual cost of AU$18,610 (US$14,300))
- Health insurance is accepted in Australia.
- Verification of criminal history findings
- Bank statements, loan paperwork, and/or your parents’ financial background should all be considered as proof.

8. Upon arrival, start your studies in Australia.
